In these moments of uncertainty due to the crisis we are living because of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to convey a message of tranquility: we continue working as always to give you the best possible service despite the extraordinary circumstances we are living.

- In those cases where it is not possible to implement telework, basically the dispatch department, we have established strategies to reduce contact between people by: physical isolation (by closing common areas such as the dining room), rotation of people in different time slots and the prohibition of sharing common elements prone to encourage possible contagion such as keyboards or telephones.
We report that transportation companies are temporarily prioritizing the delivery of household commodities, health supplies and other essential products, which may result in some delay in deliveries.
